Hi, I'm Matt. I've been bridging the gap between technology and design for more than 25 years, most recently through my work at Results Imperative which was acquired by Cantina in 2018. As a Principal at Cantina, I focus on explaining financial concepts using data visualization, and building tools and applications to help investors make smart, well-informed decisions. In the course of my career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the largest, well-known financial services company including Putnam Investments, Fidelity, John Hancock, Merrill Lynch, and Vanguard.

Growing up I always thought quicksand was going to be a much bigger problem than it turned out to be.

I won a programming contest when I was in 7th grade when I coded a video game based on Missile Command on a Franklin Ace 1000. Aside from computers, I enjoy hiking and camping with my kids, coaching youth soccer and lacrosse, biking and playing poker.
